NOTE! A California ABC license number is required for attendance. Out of state license holders must list their State and license number.

NOTE! No Duplicate Names on Tickets. Each ticket ordered must have the name of the person attending or your registrations may be deleted.

NOTE! All name badges will be held at Will Call (bring your Eventbrite Registration to the tasting as proof of preregistration and are at the bottom of the Eventbrite email confirmation that you will receive.)

Your registration does NOT confirm your eligibility to attend as trade. We are requiring each trade partner and media representative to enter their ABC license number or Media Affiliation to determine who is eligible to attend during the Trade portion of the tasting. Family Winemakers will review trade & media registrations to ensure that our criteria for admission are met.

To qualify for admission as trade: You must be professionally involved in the purchase and/or sale of wine; media must regularly disseminate articles on wine and identify your media outlet on the form; wine industry suppliers and wineries must be Associate Members or Members of Family Winemakers to attend as trade; contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Deadlines:
Wednesday, July 29, to qualify as preregistered trade and have pre-printed name tags at the event (under your last name).

Changes and registrations made after July 29 must be made on site (bring the "ticket receipt" to have the name changed at the event site). No advance registrations accepted after July 29. Trade tickets for those that have not preregistered for the event will be on sale at the door for a cost of $40.

Photo ID and proof of trade status will be required at the door for all trade.

 Wednesday, January 28 Trade & Media Tasting at Rock Wall Wine Company  - Event link

• Format: Walk-about tasting format dedicated to qualified Trade & Media guests

• Anticipated attendance: 800 – 1000

• Participating wineries: 130 (each winery has own table)

• Cost to participate: $250

 

Friday, January 30 Winemakers Reception at the Four Seasons Hotel  - Event link

• NEW! Reception format: Special tasting from 5:30 – 7:30  Showcase your Zinfandel to ZAP’s top demographic members (280 guests)  Request wineries pour magnums or large bottles – reserve wines showcased.  Winemakers or principals pouring at tables for walk about format.

• Cost to participate at Reception only $250.

• The hosts for the Winemakers’ Dinner and Auction are secured.

Saturday, January 31 – The Tasting at The Presidio – Golden Gate Club and Film Centre - Event link

• Format: Two venues offering Tasting walk-about – same experience at both venues.  Attendees are able to move between both locations, comp shuttle bus available.  Wineries will be assigned a building location.

• NEW! Reserve & Barrel Tasting from 11AM – 1PM - Wineries pour at their table.  Offering special VIP “sneak peek” tasting of upcoming vintages and special Zinfandels that have earned the title of “reserve.”   Attendees are VIP members and all-day ticket purchasers.  You can replace your wine with your current vintages or Zins you’d like to showcase from 1:00 – 5:00 (Member and Public tasting time.)

• General Store Wine Sales will be located in tented courtyard at Golden Gate Club – attendees will pass by as they enter and exit building link
